Payment of a Freestate Productions workshop deposit secures your place and indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Workshop Registration and Payment
Your place in any workshop will be reserved once a SGD$ 50 deposit payment is received. Deposits can be made by cheque, payable to “Freestate Productions” and mailed to Freestate Productions, 47 Kallang Pudding Road, The Crescent @ Kallang, #05-07, Singapore 349318, or by cash at our studio during working hours. Please call before visiting our studio for cash payments.
Remaining workshop fees must be paid in full on the day of the workshop, either by cheque or cash.
Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
It is important that we know the number of students participating in our workshops in order for us to make arrangements for our workshops to run smoothly. If a student has to withdraw from a workshop, they must inform us 14 days prior to the workshop date. Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable if a cancellation is made less than 14 days to a workshop date and/or if an attendee fails to attend a workshop. Deposits are transferable to other workshops dates if made known to us 14 days before the workshop.
Full refunds will be made if a workshop is canceled by us or if the workshop is rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date.
Freestate Productions will not be held responsible for any other cost/s any workshop participant incurs, including but not limited to travel, car rental, lodging, insurance and any additional photographic purchases and/or rentals not provided by the workshop.
Workshop Schedule and Programme
All workshop schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion depending upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related or unrelated to photographic or filming opportunities as we see fit.
Liability Release
Freestate Productions’ tutors, guest presenters and workshop assistants aim to provide every participant a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience. We assume no liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, mishap, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto. We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances. In the event that we deem it necessary to cancel the workshop we will provide a full refund which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement.
There is always an element of risk in any outdoor activity including, but not limited to, bodily injury, death, illness, loss or damage to personal property. By joining any workshop offered by Freestate Productions tutors, participants acknowledge that they are aware of these risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in any workshop. Further, they release Freestate Productions’ tutors, guest presenters and workshop assistants from any liability. Freestate Productions’ tutors, guest presenters and workshop assistants will assume no liability for injury, illness or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participation in any workshop.
